Happy August and Happy Summer! Hello to all of our returning Parkland family and a special welcome to all of our new Parkland family members.
The PTSA Committee chairs and elected board officers have been working over the summer in preparation for a great 2009-2010 school year. We are excited about many of the upcoming events and activities planned.
Please take the time to join the PTSA now. This is a great way to stay active in your child’s middle school years, support the school and community and have some fun at the same time. Membership is good for one school year. Membership forms can be completed and returned to the school with a check or money order. Memberships are available for individuals, families and students.
You can also sign up to work on a committee or serve in a board position. Mark your calendars now!!! PTSA Meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 pm. However, for the month of September, our first meeting will be on Wednesday, September 9th at 8:00 pm to accommodate the Labor Day long weekend.
